During the month of December the Parents Core Groups of are holding a number of sessions in the governorates to raise awareness on internet safety. The sessions are taking place in five governorates (Assuit, Luxor, Aswan, Sharkia and Dakahlia)

The objectives of the sessions are to raise parents’ awareness about the importance of safe internet use and the protection of children from the dangers of the internet.

More parents were chosen through NGOs from each governorate to join the focus groups and help with spreading the message in the 5 governorates.
